Man's best friend?

Jag and Barney...what more can I say??? They LOVE each other!

Here's the story with Barney. Barney showed up in our yard shortly after Christmas. We are still pretty sure that he belongs to one of the neighbors; however, a majority of his time is spent with us. This dog has taken such an attachment to Jagger. We were really VERY cautious of him at first just because of his sheer size! He is enormous! Jagger is by no means a small child and is, in fact, very tall for his age. As you can see in the picture, Barney is MUCH taller than even Jagger.

Truth be told, Barney is not even his real name. When the dog kept coming around the house Brandon said he always wanted a big dog so he could call him Barney. I told him now was his chance since I do not want ANY more pets! So...now we all lovingly refer to him as Barney. He is a super sweet dog and keeps the coyotes away from our house. We like him for that. Matter of fact, he is the perfect dog. You know...the kind you don't have to feed, give shots to or take to the vet. His owners do that! We have the best of both worlds I suppose.

We recently found out that Barney loves to play frisbee but is not very graceful at it. He is pretty stingy with the frisbee as well. And as you would know, Jagger is the only one he will let close to him to get the frisbee back. Man's best friend? This one, I would argue, is Jagger's best friend!
