Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving while we visited my grandparents my granddaddy gave a lesson on making home-made fried pies! My mom and I live and breathe chocolate so these are a favorite of ours. They were absolutely delicious. I hope that this will become a tradition over the years to make these before each Thanksgiving. :) Below are a few pictures of our process.
