Concert

Last week I went with some ladies to Memphis to see Leeann Womack, Reba McIntyre, and George Strait. My mom is a HUGE George Strait fan (and I like him, too--just not as much as her) and I was really excited about seeing Reba since I've seen George before.

There were a couple of women from work going so we all got our tickets together and headed to Memphis for the night. It was a great concert and we all had a great time. Everyone behaved and my mom even got to touch George Strait. He reached for her hand. She was beyond thrilled. Here are some pictures from the night:

The man of the hour!

I've decided that I just like concerts in general. Might not even matter who's singing. I like the atmosphere (usually) the live music and being a part of something as it's actually happening. This year Hall and Oats are going to be at Memphis in May and I'm DYING to go. (Well, ok, maybe not dying but I'd really love to see them.) Can't help it. It's the 80's child in me! :)
