Play Ball!!!!

I'm trying to catch everyone up on what has kept us so busy lately. I apologize in advance for the multiple posts. There's just been a lot going on lately!

Saturday brought more beautiful weather. We started the day off at the soccer field for Lawson's game. He did fine--he just doesn't enjoy it like I thought he would. I anticipate this being our last year to play soccer--at least until Jagger is old enough to play.

We came home after the game and rested for a bit and headed to the baseball field that afternoon. That was REAL treat for the boys. They loved it!! And, I've never seen such dirty faces when we were through! :) Becky, we almost called you and your family to join us knowing what avid baseball fans you all are but we also know how busy and crazy your weekends are.

After the "baseball game" we headed home, cleaned up a bit and decided to treat ourselves to some Snappy Tomato Pizza. What a treat! It was a great weekend! Please forgive all the pictures! It was just hard to pick my favorites! :)

Lawson enjoyed sliding in the dirt. As a side note, we did manage to teach him how to run the bases in the correct order! 

Jagger ran the bases as well. He was not as good at stopping on any given base when told to stop. He always wanted to make it home.

Like any good batter, Lawson has to spit before the ball is pitched. :)
